SOUTH AFRICA, Anglo-Boer War, Siege of Mafeking, three shillings, authority authorisation by Col. R.S.S. Baden-Powell, No.A 3402, issued January 1900, (P.S653). Light rusting on one corner, small pinholes and few folds, taped on bottom edge, otherwise fine and rare.
