MACEDON, Kingdom of, Perseus (179-168 B.C.), AE 18, (4.315 grams), obv. Perseus head to right with winged cap, rev. eagle, wings opened on thunderbolt, B A above, **P E to left and right of eagle, star below, (cf.S.6807, SNG Evelpides 1464, SNG Cop. 1275). Black-green patina, good very fine.
