NORTH AFRICA, Kyrenaica, Kyrene, (c.350-308 B.C.), AE 23, (10.188 grams), obv. large head of Zeus Ammon or Carneius (horned) to right, rev. Silphium plant, K Y, (S.6335, BMC 174-6); together with Roman sestertii of Trajan (2), Antoninus Pius, Marcus Aurelius (2), Post. Faustina Junior (S.1528), Lucilla and a dupondius of Trajan. First coin porous, otherwise nearly fine and rare, Roman coins mostly very good. (9)
