MN. AQUILLIUS MN.F.MN.N., (c.71 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.764 grams), obv. Virtus helmeted bust to right, VIRTVS III.VIR around, rev. Consul Man. Aquillius raising Sicilia, MN AQVIL MN F MN N to left and right, SICIL in exergue, (S.336 [£65 VF], Cr.401/1, Syd.798, B.Aquillia 2 [£40]). Banker's mark on the obverse, serrated edge, even grey tone, good very fine and scarce.
