THRACE, Kingdom of, Rhoemetalces I, (11 B.c. - A.D. 12), AE 23, (8.140 grams), obv. jugate heads of Rhoemetalces with diadem and his queen Pythodoris to right, around **[BASI]LEWS POIMHTALOU Q*, rev. bare head of Augustus to right, around **KAIS[ARO]S SEBASTOU*, (S.5396, RPC 1711, BMC 4-6, SNG Tubingen 972-3). Dark green patina, good fine/ very fine, rare.
