HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), AE as or dupondius, issued 131, Rome mint, (11.110 grams), obv. bare headed bust draped and cuirassed to right of Hadrian, around HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, rev. FELICITATI above, COS III P P, below, S C across, galley rowed to left on waves, (cf.S.3662, RIC 719, C.660). Some corrosion on the obverse, minimal on the reverse, otherwise nearly very fine, a scarce type.
