LYDIA, Sardeis, (2nd - 1st century B.C.), AE 15, (4.322 grams), obv. laureate head of Apollo to right, within dotted border, rev. **SARDI ANWN* either side of club, monogram below, all within oak wreathed border, (S.4736, cf.BMC 18, cf. SNG Cop. 470-482). Very fine/good very fine and scarce in this condition, a very rare monogram.
