Acts of Parliament is the following., 1852 No.1: An Act to provide for the Assaying of Uncoined Gold, and to make Bank Notes under certain conditions, A legal Tender. 1852 No.14: An Act to repeal part of Act 1., ...to provide that Stamped Gold shall be Legal Tender. 1853 No.12: An Act to authorize the sale of Gold and Gold Dust by the Colonial Treasurer. 1858 No.4: An Act to facilitate the remedies on Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes by the prevention of frivolous or fictitious defences to actions thereon.
