Governor and Commander in Chief of the Colony of Queensland. May it please Your Excellency, We the Officers and Members of the various Lodges of Toowoomba ... August 5th 1896. Very fine.

Lamington, 2nd Baron (1860-1940) Governor, was born Charles Wallace Alexander Napier Cochrane-Baillie (1860). It is claimed that a cake coated in chocolate and coconut is named after him.
