BACTRIA, Kingdom of, Hermaeus, (c.40-1 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (9.544 grams), obv. Hermaeus diademed bust to right, around **BASILEWS SOTHROS ERMAIOU*, rev. Zeus seated to left holding sceptre, monogram in right field, (S.7736, M.414j, M.2015). Attractive light tone, good very fine, scarce.
