GULF OF CARPENTARIA, Normanton, one pound, No. A 1482, issued by Burns, Philp etc, imprint Charles Troedel and Co, Sydney and Melbourne, embossed with Queensland Stamp Duty one penny, undated but circa 1880, unsigned thus not issued. Heavily toned, frail edges otherwise fine and very rare.
