Bagnall (BWS 2030), Bailey & Co. (BWS 2040). The fourth only fair, others fine-good very fine except the third which is uncirculated and extremely rare. (5)

The first from Schwer in 1983, second ex R.C. Bell (lot 255) Collection, third from Spink in 1978, fourth ex G. Patterson Collection, the last from Format in 1986.
