The second to fifth, seventh, fifteenth, eighteenth all from A. Dowle in 1978, tenth ex W.G. Wright Collection, nineteenth ex R. Greig Collection in 1979, the last from Schwer in 1984, twelfth from W. Fleming in 1970, the others from Baldwin in 1984.
