EIGHTEENTH CENTURY TOKENS WITH VARIOUS COUNTERMARKS MOSTLY PRIVATE NAMES OR INITIALS, includes a Lancashire halfpenny (D&H 77) countermarked ST:P in relief in a sunken rectangle (possibly a Scottish merchant, illustrated); I. woods on both sides of a Coalbrookdale 1792 halfpenny (Shropshire); I. Mills on a John Wilkinson halfpenny, 1791, Vulcan reverse; A.L with fleur de lis between on a Charles Roe & Co. Cheshire, Macclesfield halfpenny, 1792; 21 others various including Irish halfpennies, also HM on a Walthamstow penny. Fair - very fine. (26) Ex Dublinia Collection except for the first five.
