LIVERY OR FREEMAN'S BADGE, London, 1752, in lead (47 & 67mm) impressed WILLIAM GERRARD A FREEMAN LEADENHALL STREET 1752 in seven lines, additional endorsements on obverse Aug 74, Apr 79. Probably for use as a licensed street trader (see Mitchiner p.1905). Very fine and very rare.
