WHITBY (YORKSHIRE) UNION MEDAL 1857 IN SILVER PLATED COPPER (36MM). Another, well worn made into a pulley. Both show extensive die breaks on the reverse. Extremely fine; fine and rare. (2)

Purchased from Baldwin in 1989, 1992. Whitby was the birthplace of Capt. James Cook R.N.
