ANOTHER, similar to the previous except without the designer's initials (L.P.) under wreath, and lettering positioned so that suspension is attached between words, inscribed 'R.H.S./Do.THO. ROBSON/VITAM/OB/RESTITUTAM/DONO DAT/ 1816.' In contemporary black leather case, good very fine, sold with contemporary hand written note.

Purchased from Spink Australia in 1981. Thomas Robson received his medal for saving life at the 'Success Harraton' and other mines.
