ROBERT KEELING, two quarts 1810, (Pr.19) countermarked on the obverse NS in relief in square (three times but two sizes or punches) and anchor in relief twice in different size punches. 58th Regiment Gibraltar insignia stamped onto copper blank (26mm), 58th Foot was a Northamptonshire regiment. Locally made bar token in aluminium, octagonal (21mm) wine glass between R.B. reverse view of Gibraltar signed RP, a similar token or check in copper, round (19m) with large letter B superimposed on acorn branches on obverse (a beer token?). Fine-very fine and rare, the first two possibly unique. (4)

The first two ex Dr. A.N. Brushfield, (lot ) E. Wodak and J.G. Gartner Collections, the other two from Format in 1985 (1239, 1240).
