INDIA, Major General Claud Martin, bust left, C.L.M. underneath/ Persian inscription, in copper (26mm) and bronzed copper (26mm) both struck like proofs; also bust right in copper (34mm) by McKenzie, yr.A.H. 1211 (1797)(M.559, 560 (2)). The last only fine, the others FDC (3).
The first ex Carnegie Museum of Natural History (lot 754) Collection, the second from Spink in 1983 and the third ex R.G.Stewart Collection 1969.
