GERMANY, World War II, prisoner of war issue, note for Oflag II, two marks, issued 30.10.1944, Series B (Campbell 3768b). Nearly uncirculated.
Oflag II near Woldenberg held 7000 prisoners. This issue produced in 1944 were issued by the camp's mutual-help savings and loan association indicated on the front of the note.
