GERMANY-POLAND, World War II, prisoner of war issue, note for Oflag II-D, fifty groszy tan letters, dated 16.X.44, (Campbell 3792); others from Oflag VII-A, one fenig (tan) and one mark (purple), issued 2.11.1944, one fenig not numbered, one mark No.23063, (Campbell 3811, 3814). Nearly uncirculated. (3)

Oflag II-D, near Grossbom held 3000 prisoners. The prisoners printed the currency in various denominations. The Oflag VII-A camp is located in southern Germany near Mumau, the notes are valid for the officers' camp and is stamped to read clearing or reckoning commission. The colours for these notes differ from the colours described in Campbell.
