SOUTH AFRICA, Boer War, Umtali, Contract of Service for a native worker at a wage of one pound per month dated 20th April 1901. One shilling British South Africa Company stamp affixed to top right hand corner, certificate printed by Waterlow and Sons; Boer War period photo showing a long row of rickshaw drivers and military personnel. First item has paper backing, otherwise very good. (2)
