NEW SOUTH WALES POSTAL NOTES (1892), specimen set in original blue presentation folder, for one shilling, one shilling and sixpence, two shillings and sixpence, three shillings, four shillings, five shillings, seven shillings and sixpence, ten shillings, fifteen shillings, twenty shillings, overprinted SPECIMEN in orange diagonally on each note. These notes were printed by Charles Potter, Government Printer, Sydney. The only other set known is owned by the Post Office Archives and is on loan to the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences. Possibly these were prepared for the Columbian Exposition, Chicago, U.S.A., 1892-3. Uncirculated and extremely rare.
