GREECE, sterling silver medallic pattern for one ecu, 1993, (32.1 grams), obv. Alexander III bust to right, rev. trireme (ancient war ship) to left, another Monaco, specimen striking 1994 of ecu, obv. the Tower mint, rev. Montgolfier's balloon in coloured enamel. Both FDC. (2)

First a rare pattern version not listed in Gerhard Schon ECU katalog (p.184). Believed only 10 are known.
