O'Donnell/March 1918' Victorian Railways Ambulance enamelled and 9 carat gold (27mm) by H. A. Jones 'J.A. O'Donell/1938/Supt'. Silver enamelled efficiency fob medal (triangular) by Stokes 'J.A. O'Donell 29.4.35' and copper V.R. employee's tally (6420). A rare group to a railwayman. Very fine. (4)
