WORLD WAR II, 2/29th Battalion A.I.F., canteen token for one cent No. 132, signed by S.C. Hackney Lieut. for Capt. Adj. 2/29th Bn. Very fine.

Lieutenant B.C. Hackney was severely wounded in the epic Battle of Muar in January 1942. His account of the massacre at Parit Sulong was used as evidence at the Australian War Crimes Court at Los Negros June 1950.
