TWO DOLLARS TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, Johnston/Fraser (1985) specimen set type 4A, two notes of each tipped into a brown Reserve Bank album similar to those used for type 1 (see CAB October 2009, pp14-18). Except for glue tipping, uncirculated and extremely rare. (12)
