Italy, Campania, Neapolis, (c.340-326 B.C.), silver nomos or didrachm, (7.28 gm), obv. head of nymph right, E behind, rev. man-headed bull walking right, above, Nike flying right, placing wreath on bull's head, traces of **NEOPOLITHS* beneath exergue line, (cf.S.307, SNG France 680, HN Italy 565, SNG ANS 298). Toned, good fine and scarce.
