ITALY, Campania, Neapolis (Naples), (c.275-250 B.C.), AE 20, (6.52 g), obv. head of Apollo laureate to left, before **[NEO]POLITWN*, rev. man-headed bull walking to right, crowned by Nike flying right above, below plain, **[SI]* in exergue, (cf.S.557, HN 589, Talierco Group IIIa, cf.Sambon 686, SNG Paris 1013 [similar dies], cf.BMC 222-4 [p.115]). Brown-green patina, very fine and rare.
