VESPASIAN, (A.D. 69-79), AE dupondius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 74, (11.33 g), obv. radiate head of Vespasian to right, around IMP CAES VESP AVG P M T P COS V CENS, rev. Felicitas standing to left, holding caduceus and cornucopiae, around FELICITA S PVBLICA, S.C. across, (cf.S.2346, RIC 715, C 152). Deeply toned, very fine with a strong portrait.
