ANCIENT ROMAN DENARII OF TITUS, (A.D. 79-81), including, Rome Mint, issued 80, Rome mint, (3.25 g), obv. laureate bust to right of Titus, rev. dolphin entwined around anchor, (S.2517, RIC 26a) (illustrated); rev. Annona seated to left, (3.51 g) (S.2436, RIC V218); rev. Jupiter standing facing, sacrificing from a patera over altar and holding a sceptre, (3.35 g) (S.2444, RIC 176); rev. elephant to left, (3.13 g) (S.2512, RIC 22a); rev. throne with back in form of a diadem with corn ears upon it, (3.27 g) (S.2515, RIC 124). Toned, nearly very fine - good very fine. (5)
