THE 'CANTATA' MEDAL, 1885, in silver (25.5mm) uninscribed. Edge knock on obverse at 3 o'clock, nearly very fine.

It is thought eight hundred of these medals were struck by the Melbourne Mint for the choristers at the Melbourne International Exhibition 1880-81.
