S.A.C. on first medal, 2-Lieut. W.A.Mulliner. 6 L.H.R. A.I.F. on second medal, Captain W.A.Mulliner A.I.F. on third medal, Capt. W.A.Mulliner. A.I.F. on fourth medal, fifth and sixth medals unnamed as issued, Inspr. William A. Mulliner on last medal. All named medals impressed. Most ribbons dirty, contact marks on first and third medals, otherwise very fine.
