CONVICT LOVE TOKEN, on a George III 1806 halfpenny shaved smooth on reverse, engraved on reverse, "A (with opposing set squares at the sides)/Token of Respect/From (with three leaf clover at the sides)/G.Williams/To (with a trowel at one side and a half moon and stars at the other side)/A.Huse/1825". Good - fine.

George Williams, aged 18, shoemaker, sentenced to 7 years in the colonies for stealing a file containing money. Arrived in NSW on 26 November 1826. With research.
