MIDDLESEX, London, Morgan's Charing Cross, one shilling and sixpence or eighteenpence undated, equestrian statue of Charles I by I Davies, I.D. on pedestal (D.1). Three hairline scratches across obverse, lightly toned and weak in places otherwise nearly uncirculated or about as struck and rare.

Ex W.J. Noble Collection, Noble Numismatics Sale 58 (lot 1704) and originally obtained from Baldwin in 1978 with ticket marked forty pounds.
