DIOCLETIAN, (A.D. 284-305), antoninianus, Rome mint, issued A.D.285-6, obv. radiate cuirassed bust to right, rev. IOVI CONSERVAT AVGG, in exergue weak XXI Delta, Jupiter standing to left, holding thunderbolt and sceptre, (S.3515, RIC 162). Attractive light brown colour, nearly extremely fine.
