THRACE, Kingdom of, Lysimachos, (323-281 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.712 grams), Lysimachia mint issued after 281 B.C., obv. head of Alexander to right, with diadem and horn of Ammon, rev. Athena enthroned to left, supporting Nike, spear behind, lion head inner left to left over monogram of **SZ* and MOT monogram in the exergue, to right **BASILEW[S]*, to left **LUSIMAXO[U]*, (cf.S.6814, SNG Berry 401 [same dies], Thompson -). Good very fine/very fine, scarce.
