G. BLAXCELL, handwritten, Sydney, March 20th 1812, two hundred and fifty pounds, payable to Captain Joseph James, on or before 24th June 1812. Accompanied by a printed form of a notice of protest printed by George Howe, Sydney, 1813, signed by Ellis Bent, Judge Advocate of the Territory of New South Wales, showing that Blaxcell had not paid by 16th August 1813. Stained on right hand side, good fine and extremely rare.
