Distinguished Service Medal engraved, British Empire Medal and Long Service and Good Conduct Medal named, impressed, others unnamed. Generally very fine.

DSM: London Gazette 14 June 1946. 'For gallantry in the face of the enemy and for setting an example of wholehearted devotion to duty in HMS Quillam which upheld the high tradition of the Royal Navy.'
