SYRIA, Seleucis & Pieria, Antiochia ad Orontem, (Antioch), Trebonianus Gallus, (A.D. 251-253 B.C.), billon tetradrachm, (11.412 grams), obv. bust right of Trebonianus Gallus, draped and cuirassed, one dot below, around AVTOK K**G OVIB TPEB **GALLO*C CEB, rev. eagle facing open wings, head to left with wreath, A between legs, around, **DHMARC EXOU*CIAC, S C in exergue, (S.4349, McAlee 1172a, Prieur 656). Toned, edge split, very fine.
