Wright, Barrister at Law, Melbourne, signed and dated 11th August 1856; Conveyance of Land in Murgheboluc between Robert Beckham and Stephen, Robert and John Ritchie, farmers, signed and dated 18th January, 1878, with a Victoria 2/6 stamp affixed; Memorial, thirty acres in the Parish of Murgheboluc, between Stephen, Robert and John Ritchie and Thomas Keanan, signed and dated, 24th February, 1881; Mortgage (printed and handwritten on paper) of one hundred and twenty one acres in the Parish of Nabdallah, between John, Stephen and Robert Ritchie and Thomas Keanan, signed and dated 24th February 1881, with two Victoria 1d duty stamps affixed; Reconveyance by Endorsment, between Thomas Keanan and Stephen, Robert and John Ritchie, signed and dated 23rd may 1884.
