SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria, Antioch mint, Otho, (A.D. 69), AE 28mm (13.90 g), obv. laureate head to right of Otho, around IMP M [OTHO CA]E AVG, rev. Large S C across field within wreath composed of eight sets of leaves, (S.687, McAlee 321(c), RPC 4318). Good very fine, brown patina, orange earthen highlights, slight die shift on obverse, a rare variety.
