C. CONSIDIUS PAETUS, (46 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome Mint, (3.98 g), obv. laureated head of Apollo to right, behind A, dotted border, rev. [C]. CONS[IDI] above curule chair, in exergue PAETI, (S.455, C.465/2a, Syd 991. BMC 4084, RSC Considia 2). Toned, good very fine and very scarce.

Ex Dr V.J.A. Flynn Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 107 (lot 3570) and also coming from an old Hungarian collection.
