AEMILIAN, (253 A.D.), silver antoninianus, Rome Mint, (3.00 g), obv. Radiate bust to right of Aemilian, draped and cuirassed, around IMP AEMILIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, rev. DIANAE VICTRI around, Diana standing to left, holding bow and arrow, (S.9831, RIC 2b, C.10). Some green oxidation on the surface of the coin and a flan crack, otherwise fine or better, rare.

Ex Dr V.J.A. Flynn Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 107 (lot 3901) and also coming from an old Hungarian collection.
