GERMANICUS, son of Nero Claudius Drusus, brother of Claudius, (born 15 B.C., died A.D. 19), AE as, Rome mint, issued A.D. 42-43, struck under Claudius, (10.63 and 11.53 g), obv. bare head of Germanicus to right, around GERMANICVS CAESAR TI AVG F DIVI AVG N, rev. SC around, TI CLAVDIVS CAESAR AVG GERM P M TR P IMP P P (S.1905, RIC 106, BMC 215, C.9). One cleaned, one with deep green patina, good - very fine and scarce. (2)
