GALBA (A.D. 68-69), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued A.D. October 68 (25.47 g), obv. laureate head of Galba to right, rev. Roma in crested helmet standing left holding Nike and sceptre, (S.2120, RIC 393); another, (26.27 g), rev. rev. Libertas standing to left, holding pileus and vertical rod, (cf.S.2118, RIC 309, BMC 71). Toned, surface pitting, fine and scarce. (2)
