QUEEN'S SOUTH AFRICA MEDAL 1899, (type 2 reverse with clear ghost dates), - four clasps - Cape Colony, Driefontein, Johannesburg, Diamond Hill. 57A Pte C.A.Plumridge, Victoria M.R. Impressed. The group of four clasps not attached to suspension bar, some hairlines, otherwise extremely fine.

No record of entitlement to Driefontein clasp.

Charles Albert Plumridge was a member of C Coy 2nd B.I.B. Rifle Club (Bendigo); Emb. with 1st Victorian Mounted Infantry Coy for Boer War service; RTA 05Nov1900; Arr.04Dec1900 at Melbourne.
