MANLIA SCANTILLA (WIFE OF DIDIUS JULIANUS), (A.D. 193), sestertius, Rome mint, obv. Manlia Scantilla bust draped to right, around MANLIA SCAN TILLA AVG, rev. Juno standing to left, peacock at feet, around IVNO REGINA, S C across, (S.6083, RIC 18a, C.6). Deeply toned, edge split and some surface pitting, good fine or better and very rare.

The very rare issues of Manlia Scantilla were produced in a two month period between April and May 193 A.D.
