CARAUSIUS, (A.D. 287-293), silver denarius, 'RSR' mint, (probably London), issued c.A.D.287-293, (4.91 g), obv. laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Carausius to right, around IMP CARAVSIVS P F AVG, rev. around CONCORDIA MILTVM, clasped hands (S.13503, RIC V 548 rev legend var, RSC 30). Attractively toned, well struck on a broad flan, some surface roughness, otherwise good very fine - nearly extremely fine and very rare.
