A condition report is enclosed. A second sheet, very clean with a couple of tone spots on the gum side near the top of the sheet. Unhinged, some separations on the selvedge only at the bottom. A few pencil annotations on the right hand selvedge. Includes CA monogram corner strip of 3 and JBC monogram strip of 3. Further comments on varieties and rarity are appended to the condition report.
